“I planned my son and future daughter-n-law’s rehearsal dinner from afar.  So, it was very important my event planner have great taste, pay attention to detail and most importantly be somebody that I could rely on and trust.  I also wanted someone who would keep my vision in mind throughout the whole process. Choosing O’ccasions was a great decision.  Our rehearsal dinner was down right magical.  Alisha is greatly respected in the Napa Valley and has access to amazing resources of all price points.  

I  have chaired many philanthropic events so I wanted to be part of the creative process.  I spent one full day with Alisha who drove me all over the valley to select rentals, a caterer, and a florist.  She helped me make quick decisions and in the end everything was perfect. We wanted a casual, laid back and joyful evening full of great energy and that is exactly what we got. 

Luckily O’ccasions has access to some unique venues, so they were able to secure a newly renovated barn in the middle of a beautiful vineyard.  Alisha had a back up plan for rain, but the weather was perfect so all 180 guests dined alfresco amongst the twinkle lights while enjoying the 360° sunset view.  We were all welcomed by a local guitarist who sang beautifully while guests visited and played bocce ball.  Alisha found out that my son enjoys hand crafted cocktails, so she hired a unique airstream bar that our guests are still talking about.  The caterer was amazing and supplied fresh pulled mozzarella and a pizza oven for appetizers and for dinner we enjoyed risotto, salad, grill and dessert stations. Keeping with the style of the Napa Valley, the food was farm-to-table fresh and delicious.    

Alisha and her team at O’ccasions gave all of our guests a magical evening. If you would like an amazing stress free event, I would highly recommend Alisha and the whole O’ccasions team. Thank you for a dream come true.
